About me and my therapy practice
I am Anjana Rajani and am passionate about helping people to feel better about themselves, their situations, relationships. I offer psychotherapeutic counselling services.
Sometimes things can just get too much and from time to time we may need some help. Therapy involves processing what is happening, why it is happening and working out strategies to help yourself to feel better, happier and connect with your strength to get through difficult times.
What is my therapy approach?My therapeutic approach is based on the understanding that people are complex, different yet equal and believe we all have the capability to make change and grow despite personal circumstances and experiences.

Using a range of simple yet powerful techniques including a mix of spiritual, emotional and practical techniques: The Grow approach, Transactional Analysis, Hogan psychometrics, 360 feedback, as well as ancient proven approaches.

Therapy helps in many different ways. I have personally seen many clients feel better in just a few sessions. For some it can take longer however the changes can be remarkable and relationships with self and others can positively transform making life feel easier and other benefits can include

My first session
The approach I use is integrative and embraces a combination of methods so to help you to obtain a complete view of where you are now where you have been (and where that links to) and where you would like to be. Taking a holistic approach of your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual self and helping you to use all your resources to maximise your growth and development.
Therapy is a very personal service and it is important to get the right match hence I provide a free 30 minute consultation for every enquiry to ensure we are a good fit and you are comfortable to go ahead.
The sessions are 60 minutes long and the first few sessions we will focus on getting clear on what you would like from therapy and how the past has played a part in where you are today. We will then work together to process and come up with tools and techniques using the body and mind to help you to get to where you want to be.
