About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative supervisor, this means that I use ideas and thinking from more than one theoretical perspective.

I encourage supervisees to discuss their work fully and to think creatively about their clients.

I offer advice and guidance when needed.

I encourage supervisees to develop their self awareness and to keep adding to their skills.

I feel that my job is to:

  •  - Help therapists to gain confidence in their work
  •  - Use my experience to give the best support I can
  •  - Keep my own training up to date in order to be informative and useful
  •  - To be helpful if difficult situations arise

I currently work in private practice with couples and individuals. I work with clients presenting with a wide range of problems including, relationship issues, anxiety, depression  grief, long term illness and bereavement. I am a qualified Psychosexual therapist and I work with clients suffering from various dysfunctions.
