About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with more than 20 years experience and have a private practice in Frome, Somerset.
I offer in-person, online and telephone sessions and a safe, confidential space in which to reflect upon and explore the issues and difficulties you are currently experiencing and feel supported while gaining deeper understanding, relief and the possibility for change.
I am BACP accredited and BPC registered. After an initial consultation, sessions are 50-minutes long, usually weekly, same day, same time. Therapy can be short-term and focused or longer term and open-ended, depending on your need. I have experience of working with many issues.
My practice is in Frome, Somerset and easily accessible from surrounding areas.
