About me and my therapy practice

I am not taking on new clients at the moment.

Many of us experience times when we can't see our way through the difficulties we're having and we really need someone to talk to. Friends and family can be a great support but often we need to talk to someone who is not affected or involved . I can offer a safe and confidential environment in which we can work together through any issues you are facing.

Sometimes we experience anxiety or depression or find it hard to cope with life and not know why or where it's come from. It can really help to to explore what you are thinking and feeling without anyone judging you so that you can work out your own way of resolving matters.

I work in a holistic way with the whole person, taking into account that our mental, emotional and physical well being can depend on a number of factors including physical health, our thoughts and belief systems and our social and physical environment.

I am experienced at working with difference and cross-culturally, with adults and young people from diverse countries, faiths and cultures and with gender and sexuality.

You can contact me by email and I will get back to you as soon as possible so that we can arrange an initial appointment.
