About me and my therapy practice

Now taking (Covid-19 safe) Face to Face Appointments at Life Therapy Centre, Swansea and Magnolia Centre, Neath.

I am continuing to take bookings for Telephone and Skype sessions during this time of crisis.

In this present uncertain climate you may be struggling with how to cope with the current living restrictions and need someone to talk to about it.

Maybe you want to work on issues that existed before the virus came along and come out the other side new and improved.

My approach is integrative as one size doesn't fit all.

I take a dual approach by helping you to manage your day to day difficulties with coping strategies that we work out between us. I also work deeper to identify the issues that are contributing to these problems and helping you to come to terms with them.

I have spent a great deal of my practice in the area of Abuse.

This can include abuse during childhood, in a domestic abuse situation or other abuse situations. The impacts that abuse can bring include self harm, suicidal thoughts and trauma.

I also have extensive experience of other issues: such as depression, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, panic, anger, relationship problems and eating disorders.

It can be nerve-racking looking for a Counsellor.

Please be assured that I will be warm and welcoming and will work with you to help you feel better about yourself and the circumstances that you find yourself in.

I provide short term and long term counselling.

I offer sessions from £25 to £40 depending on what block you buy. (I will send you details of these when you enquire).
