About me and my therapy practice

Welcome! I offer a warm, relaxed and empathic space to help you develop self-understanding, compassion and acceptance in the face of difficult life experiences.

My specialism is to work with Adults and/or Parents and Carers of Adults with ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. However, I do work with neurotypical clients too.   In addition to my private practice, I have more than twelve years counselling experience working in a variety of therapy and psychology services; and significant experience in working with grief, loss and illness, including: an NHS secondary mental health service, a national bereavement charity, and a local hospice.

Practice description

Online video or audio (using Zoom) or phone counselling currently.  All are fully secure and you will be sent a password required to join each Zoom session.

The initial first session will include an assessment. Some people need just a few sessions while others may have long-term psychotherapy over several years.  Together we will decide if I am the best person to work with you.
