If so, hello, I am Diana. I can help you by offering a space in which you can discuss whatever it is you want to bring providing individual support to make a difference in your life. Try talking and develop an awareness that enables you to consider choices and changes that are meaningful to you.
I enjoy working with people. I strongly feel as humans we seek to connect, and it is through our connections to others that we experience difficulties, but it is also how we can heal ourselves and evolve.
I work integratively within a framework of person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. This means we work with what you may bring to a session in the here and now, centering on you as a unique individual and when helpful for you we may reflect on past experiences you choose to share.
I work at your pace and my intention with each individual I work alongside is to develop a relationship that facilitates trust, curiosity, change and self-empowerment.
