I am a very qualified and a very experienced integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Life Coach with twenty two years experience working with people of all ages.

I work with a diverse range of people with a wide range of difficultie and issues working towards lasting change and growth. My clients come from a veriety of professions, cultural backgrounds and the full spectrum of sexual orientations.

You may be at a point in your life where you begin to lose hope of ever being happy againor struggling with stress, anxiety or relationship issues. For some, there may be a sense of being lost or stuck lacking purpose. You may not even know what is wrong just that something does not feel right.

Having trained and worked in the field of mental health and psychotherapy for over twenty two years I can examine a wide range of therapy approaches. I believe that this freedom allows you the greatest opportunities in creating the possibility of living and experiencing your life more positively.
