About me and my therapy practice
I am currently offering face to face counselling and online counselling using the software package Zoom. Please get in touch if you would like further information.
Are you looking for emotional support? Do you need space to talk? Are you struggling with life changes?
I am a qualified, fully insured and experienced counsellor, working in private practice in Cleckheaton (Bradford), Drighlington (Bradford) and Morley (Leeds). I offer emotional support to adults who feel challenged by anxiety, relationships issues, bereavement, loss or grief, so if you need space to talk or are struggling with life changes, I may be able to help. The aim of our sessions is to help you have a better understanding of yourself, and to work through issues to enable a happier and more settled life. I understand first hand that life can feel overwhelming and confusing and that it can be difficult to reach out for help.
I work from a person centred approach, putting you and your individual experiences at the heart of what we do and offer a safe, non-judgemental environment that will support you to find your own solutions and strengths.
I work from three counselling rooms, all have free parking:
Cleckheaton The Yorkshire Therapy Rooms, Dewsbury Road
Drighlington Health Hub just off J27 of the M62
Hawthorne Physiotherapy Centre, Morley close to J27 of M62.
