About me and my therapy practice
I'm Rosie and I am down to earth and patient. I aim to give you a safe and non-judgemental space to explore your issues. I currently work over the phone and via zoom due to the covid situation but I know from experience that although it is not the same as face to face sessions, if done properly online and telephone work can be just as powerful.
You are the one who decides what we talk about but don't worry if you aren't sure what to say, I am here so that we can both explore this together. I get a lot of "this sounds silly" and "I know others go through worse" but your experience counts!
At these times you get to have our appointments in the comfort of your own home! I understand that not everybody has a quiet place at home so I don't mind you sitting in your car or even the garden shed. What matters most is that you can speak freely.
My first session
The first session is 30-50 minutes long and is a free phone call so that we can discuss what you are looking at getting out of therapy. I also take details and if you are happy to continue (there are no obligations!) we can book you in for a second session.
You can use the first session to ask me any questions you have and decide if I am the right therapist for you.
