About me and my therapy practice
Using a gentle, yet broad and deep approach, I work indoors and outdoors with individual adults (18+) towards relieving distress and increasing well-being.
Indoors or out, my approach is one of gentle curiosity:
What is going on for you right now? How are you managing your feeling? What sense are you making of it? How do you hope counselling with me might help?
Through providing a warm and safe space, with a gentle and unhurried manner, I hope to help foster the environment through which you can bring yourself, however you need to.
I can work long or short-term with difficulties including, but not limited to, Anxiety, depression, bereavement, anger management and relationship issues.
