Risk management trained/child protection and safeguarding trained. Full Registered Member BACP.

Over 15 years experience working with children with complex mental health difficulties, emotional/behavioural difficulties and Neuro-developmental difficulties with co-existing mental health.

Providing tailored therapy sessions, using a variety of approaches; Integrative Arts. Mindfulness. CBT focused. Talking Therapy. 

Practice description

I run my practice from Shoreditch Library at weekends and from my private therapy space in Nazeing Village (10 minutes from Broxbourne and Waltham Abbey) 

My first session

My first session with you will be an opportunity for us to meet and discuss your concerns and to conduct an initial assessment. 

I may use mental health assessment tools to diagnose the level of mental health difficulties and I will discuss what treatment may be required.  We can then mutually agree whether treatment with myself is appropriate for your needs, or I can refer on/signpost to other services. 

Initial consultations take 1 hour.

I work 10am to 5pm at Shoreditch Library at weekends

I also work from my private therapy room in Nazeing (10 minutes from Broxbourne and Waltham Abbey)

This is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss your concerns. I may use therapeutic mental health assessment tools to diagnose mental health. 

We will mutually agree whether I am the right Therapist to meet your needs, or I can refer you/signpost you to other more appropriate services.
