About me and my therapy practice
Seeing a counsellor is a brave step towards making a change. I offer warmth, empathy and understanding to build a therapeutic relationship. I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor.
My counselling approach is integrative which allows me to draw on a number of counselling models which I can chose to make our sessions tailor made for your needs.
I also have a diploma in therapeutic life coaching
Once you have contacted me, I will arrange an introductory session in which we discuss the challenges you are currently facing and whether my approach seems right for you. I offer short-term or open-ended counselling. Sessions last 50 minutes. Fee Per session from £45
My first session
I will arrange for an initial free of charge appointment of 30 minutes in which you can tell me, in your own way, what has brought you to counselling, what you would like to achieve from our sessions, and how we can work together.
