If you're struggling with your emotional health and would like help to move forward or would like greater self-awareness, you have come to the right place; together we can explore how and why you are feeling the way you do - at your own pace. I offer one-to-one counselling for adults and children in a welcoming, non-clinical and confidential space, free from judgement and criticism. I am a fully qualified and insured member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with an enhanced DBS certificate for working with vulnerable people.
I have experience of working with concerns such as anger, anxiety, bereavement and loss, bullying, childhood trauma, depression, domestic abuse, exam pressure, feeling overwhelmed, insomnia, life transitions, low self-esteem, redundancy, relationship breakdowns, self-harm, sexuality, sexual violence, stress and suicidal thoughts.
During our time together we will move at your pace to unravel your thoughts, feelings and beliefs to help achieve some clarity in understanding of how your past and current experiences are impacting you, enabling you to break free from negative thoughts and behaviours which can empower you to have the future you want and deserve.
