About me and my therapy practice
Are you tired of feeling like you're not good enough? do you and your partner struggle to effectively communicate? Do you find yourself constantly second-guessing everything you do?
If so, I can help. As a professional Counsellor, I have years of experience helping my clients become more confident, find their voice, start trusting themselves and learn to communicate effectively.
It doesn't matter if you're single, married, living together, or identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community - I'm here to support you. Together, we'll identify your past hurts or present worries and develop strategies to help you overcome them.
I promise to listen to you without judgment or taking sides. I will do my best to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe enough to be heard.
Counselling is often seen as a last resort when things have become extremely challenging. However, it can also help sort out minor issues before they grow into something more significant.
I often use the “You can’t pour from an empty cup” metaphor with my clients. When thinking about what it means to fill our cup up, it’s not uncommon for my clients to feel that self-care activities such as counselling or taking time for themselves is selfish. However, showing ourselves self-compassion allows us to continue functioning on a day-to-day basis and can even help us to flourish.

£50 per session for individuals
£70 per session for relationship/couples therapy
I know life can sometimes be overwhelming, and seeking support takes courage. I will treat every enquiry with kindness and understanding to make the process a little easier.
My first session
I understand that committing to counselling is a big commitment.
To make sure I’m the right person for you, I offer a free initial consultation. This is an informal phone call of around 15 minutes. It will allow you to talk a little about your needs and the outcome you would like from therapy. It will also allow you to ask any questions you may have.
