About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced, well qualified and most importantly caring Person-Centred Counsellor based in Carlisle. I can offer you a confidential space to talk and reflect without judgement or pressure. My way of working focus' very much on the uniqueness of each client - there is no one size fits all but a fresh and flexible approach.
The benefits of having a space just for you in which you work closely with a professional qualified to support and empower you are enormous. The sessions will be led by your needs and at a pace and challenge comfortable for you.
My experience is wide-ranging and includes work with adults and young people, (15+) and families. I have experience of working in the charity sector, NHS and have set up both secondary and primary school counselling services. My private practice encompasses work with adults and young people, as well as working with families and schools where helpful.
