I work Monday to Friday, either in the day time or early evening. I currently have availability on most weekdays.

About me and my therapy practice

Are you finding that you keep coming up against the same problems in your life and relationships? Does what has happened in your past negatively affect how you are today? "Don't let your past steal your present" sums up how I work. I will help you see the connections between your past and your present to allow you to make a different future for yourself.

It isn't an instant process. Change and growth take time. But it is worth it to free yourself from your past.

Practice description

I work psychodynamically which means that I will use the relationship that we have together in the therapy to help us think about you and your life.

My first session

I offer a free 30 mins "taster" session. This allows us both to see if this work can help you and if we fit well together. Thereafter a session will last for 50 minutes.
