About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced counsellor and work exclusively with adults. However, my previous work and training with adolescents can be especially helpful in my work with clients who are also parents, or for people who experienced trauma at a young age. I have also trained and volunteered for Cruse Bereavement Care.

My training in psychodynamic practice (MSt University of Oxford) underpins my work but I also draw upon other modalities and methods as needed.

I offer both short term counselling (typically six sessions) or longer psychotherapeutic work all delivered conveniently by phone or online.
