I am taking on some new clients and have both face-to-face and online daytime availability. I do have some very limited spaces for online evening appointments.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer both long and short-term therapy either via Zoom or in person from my consulting rooms in either Potters Bar or Finchley.
The way in which I work means that I see clients from all walks of life who are experiencing difficulties. This can be for a number of reasons including depression, anxiety, bereavement, unexpected worries at work, eating disorders, relationship problems, changes in life circumstances or traumatic experiences from the past which are impacting on the present.
I offer a calm, confidential space in which we can explore together any current or past difficulties you may be experiencing, which may be impacting on your everyday life .
My first session
Our first session together is very important as it helps me find out more about you and what you are currently going through as well as beginning to understand your past experiences. It's also an opportunity for us to discuss how the therapy will work and what I might be able to offer you. I believe it's important that in order to work together we 'click', which is why the first session I offer is often longer than a usual session in order for me to find out more about you and for you to decide if I'm the right person to help you at this time.
