About me and my therapy practice

I offer a professional, confidential and committed counselling service for individuals and couples. In creating a safe and mindful space with the goal supporting my clients to manage the challenges that we face in our daily ives, deepening self-awareness and compassion. In the process to develop a curiosity of who we are and make sense of how we find ourselves where we are right now, to nurture the reality that, in large part, we have the power to live fuller more contented lives.

Practice description

My practice is within The Open Door Centre, in the centre of Lewes, East Sussex.

The environment is comfortable, quiet, discrete and convenient for public transport and car parking.

My first session

In the first session I offer clients the opportunity to share what it is that has motivated them to explore working with a counsellor, to be heard, and for me to describe in more detail how we might work together.
