What do you want to change today?
I am a counsellor and coach working with people to help them deal with what's going on in their lives.
In a relaxed, supportive environment, through questioning and discussion you will come to understand how you may address your issues.
Anxiety about returning to work or going out after lockdown is normal – you are not the only one who feels this way.
Being told to socially-distance, self-isolate and protect others can take away your power and belief in your own abilities. This can lead to low self-esteem and maybe depression and panic attacks.
Doing the right thing for society, loved ones, for yourself can feel like a huge pressure. Do you find yourself doing what you think you should do or being criticised for doing what you want?
Lockdown may have highlighted family or relationship issues that had been bearable when you did not have to spend so much time together. Small things can have big impacts.
If some or any of the above is true for you, particularly in these times, it is absolutely understandable. I will work with you to assess the options you really do have, challenge self-limiting beliefs and change behaviours that are no longer helpful. You are not alone.
