About me and my therapy practice
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, I am now offering online and telephone appointments.
Deciding to come to therapy can sometimes be anxiety provoking so, I will offer you a space where you can work with me to explore and understand your feelings, how they impact on your life, and find new and different ways to experience less conflict, less stress and more balance and happiness. Sometimes in life, we want to make a change to be happier or to make life different for ourselves. The cornerstone of successful therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist. It is important to me that we are able to work together so we can discuss how to do this in order to achieve the changes you desire.
I have the privilege of working for 25 years with people who have experienced a range of mental health issues in the private and NHS sector. I have experience of working with people who have a wide range of difficulties including bereavement, anxiety and panic disorders, anger, self harm and personality disorder, or other diagnosed mental health disorder such as bi-polar disorder and clinical depression. I am also experience in working with people who have survived child sexual, physical and emotional abuse and the impact this has on their adult lives. I also work with people who may have relationship difficulties related to family issues, raising children and couples work. In particular where diversity has a role.
