My face-to-face practice at Relational Spaces in Bloomsbury is currently suspended during the Coronavirus situation.
I am continuing to work online by Zoom and by telephone.
I hope to return to face-to-face before too long and will post updates here.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a professionally trained counsellor and draw on a range of theories and techniques that best meet your needs.
I offer you an experience of being truly listened to, valued and accepted and invite you to bring whatever you want us to work on together, be it for a specific problem, or a desire for personal development and greater change. I provide you with your own regular time and space where you set the pace and the agenda, and where I will commit to support you with openness and compassion.
I previously worked as a family lawyer, where I had the privilege to meet clients from many walks of life. I volunteer as a counsellor at Mind in Mid Herts and I work with a large range of issues. I have particular experience of working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress and work- related issues (including change of direction/career path), neglect, bereavement and loss (including loss of meaning or purpose in life), making sense of past experiences and major life events, disability, health- related issues and counselling support for lawyers and for carers.
I hold a BACP accredited Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and I work within the BACP ethical framework, am fully insured, and have regular professional supervision. I offer weekly sessions in St Albans and London.

Practice description
Through my private practice, I offer weekly sessions in St Albans and London. These are currently all taking place online and by telephone. Updates to this will be posted here.
My first session
Please contact me by email or phone.
I offer an initial free 20 minute phone consultation to enable you to tell me a little about yourself and what you would like counselling to help with. You can also ask me any questions about counselling and how I work. This initial call places you under no obligation to have a therapy session. If you would like to proceed then I will send you some information about how we might work together and make arrangements for that to occur.
