About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative, humanistic counsellor based in Highworth.
My passion for counselling comes from the privilege of being part of your journey and experiencing the highs and lows along the way with you. I am guided by what you bring to the sessions and we work together to explore your story.
In addition to adult counselling, I have over 15 years’ experience in reaching the most challenging young people with social, emotional and mental health difficulties through outreach programmes and counselling. I have worked for charities, schools and the local authority.
There is no limit to how many sessions you have and we can review regularly to see how you feel things are going.
The first session will always be getting to know each other and to see if we can work together. You may decide that counselling is not for you or that you may not feel comfortable with me. I want to reassure you that this is absolutely fine and there is no obligation to stay.
