About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced person-centred therapist and I hold a qualification in online working. I am also a qualified coach. This means I can work with you to help you to achieve your goals, bringing insights from both counselling and coaching.
Practice description
I aim to create a safe environment in which my clients can explore and develop their potential, and also to provide a an appropriate level of encouragement and creative challenge. I also understand the importance of our relationship with ourselves, and that this can play a key role in creating the beliefs and behaviours that can get in the way of living our lives to the full. I aim to be a trusted companion who does not judge or have a personal agenda, so you can find your way to a fulfilling and satisfying life.
Sessions are usually for one hour a week, or for coaching you may choose to have sessions fortnightly or monthly for two hours subject to availability.
My first session
I offer an initial 30 minute session to discuss what you hope to achieve from the sessions and see whether this is right for you. If we decide to go ahead and work together we will draw up a contract for our work. I do not charge for this initial meeting.

I am a BACP Senior Accredited counsellor with 20 + years experience of supervising professionals working in organisations such as schools, universities, the voluntary sector and in private practice.
I qualified as a supervisor at the University of East Anglia and I offer a supportive, confidential and professional relationship to supervisees.
I am a qualified and EMCC Accredited Coach (Practitioner) and I offer executive, leadership, and life coaching/personal consultancy to individuals, businesses and organisations.
Practice description
I trained and work as a person-centred counsellor and I bring this perspective to my work as a supervisor and coach. This is informed by my personal experience including as a trainer and manager, and other training I have undertaken over the years in other approaches, and in supervision and coaching.
I work mainly online and have completed an 80 hour training to work online as a therapist.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute initial exploratory session online where we can meet and see if we feel we are a good fit to work together. This is an opportunity for us to find out more about each other, and for you to explain what you are looking for. If we decide to go ahead we will draw up a contract for working together and discuss fees and payment.
