About me and my therapy practice
I aim to create a warm, safe and trusting relationship with my clients by accepting, understanding and not judging them. My experience shows that this gives the client the opportunity to explore their life's difficulties, their familiar and habitual ways of behaving that no longer serve them well and to find either new ways to live with their difficulties or the opportunity to make different choices.
