About me and my therapy practice

I work as an Integrative Therapist drawing from the traditions of, Psychodynamic Person Centered and Gestalt. I work long or short term and am happy to work with you for as long as the work takes. I work along side you as you explore the issues you bring to the sessions, my work is lead by what you bring. Everybody experiences the world in a way that is unique to them.

I work with a wide range of issues from anxiety and low mood, PTSD, relationship problems, depression, sexual abuse, work related issues and health related issues.

I have a special interest in emotional abandonment.

I am a member of the health division of the BACP.  I have worked in mental health for some years and have had experience in counselling for many years. I have also worked with family members to help them understand more fully how they can support their family member.

I am part of the Langport Counselling Practice and my consulting room is in a tranquil setting by the river at Great Bow Wharf, with free parking near by. I have disabled access.
