About me and my therapy practice

Are you struggling with anxiety, relationships, feeling depressed, low self worth? Are you aware of past experiences that are negatively impacting your life and relationships today? Do you feel isolated with your feelings, finding it difficult to talk to family and friends? 

Whatever your reasons for seeking therapy, I offer a confidential,  empathic, and non-judgemental space for us to explore your challenges together, so that you can learn more about yourself, reconcile past events and find new ways of moving forward in your life.

Practice description

As a Integrative Relational Counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches that I adapt to suit your individual needs. I have a relational approach, believing that the quality of the relationship between you and your counsellor is crucial in supporting you when you're experiencing difficulty or distressed.

I support adults with a wide range of issues including anxiety, relationship problems, low self-esteem, depression, self harm, traumatic bereavement, sexual abuse and trauma.  I additionally I  include mindfulness and bodywork techniques where appropriate to help regulate and relieve symptoms of stress and anxiety.

I work face to face at my practice near Oxford Circus and Tooting. I also offer sessions online and by telephone for those who are geographically further away or who feel vulnerable traveling.

As a member of ACTO , I have completed additional approved training for working with clients online or by telephone.

In addition to my private practice, I am Clinical Manager at Help Counselling Centre in Notting Hill.

My first session

I offer an initial free 20 minute telephone consultation where we can discuss what is bringing you to therapy and how we might work together.

Our first full 50 minute session gives the opportunity to explore your circumstances in more detail and your hopes for therapy. If at the end of the session you wish to continue with further sessions, we will agree a regular weekly day and time.
