About me and my therapy practice

  • I first worked in Bereavement counselling where I experienced working with very raw feelings of grief and distress in the room. Through that training and experience, I learned that the key to support people who went through trauma is empathy and gentleness.

  • I currently work at London Met University as a student counsellor where we offer the students short term therapy. Through this work, I have become familiar with issues such as depression and anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, insomnia, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, self harm and suicidal urges.

  • I also see clients at the Helios Centre, 116 Judd Street London WC1H 9NS. I offer a space where confidentiality and empathy are essential, and where as a result the clients feel they can relate events or express feelings, which they have perhaps never expressed before.

  • Please contact me by email or by phone to book a first session that will enable us to decide what the best way forward is.

I currently work at London Met University as a student counsellor where we offer the students short-term therapy.
