About me and my therapy practice
You may be dealing with a life event or would like some help enhancing your emotional health. If so, I provide a safe and friendly space to explore and resolve present or past issues, to look at particular problems, psychological patterns, or to engage more fully with life in general.
The counselling I offer gives you a confidential space in which you can talk about any problems or difficulties you are experiencing and in which you can be heard without judgement.
Counselling can be an exciting and challenging healing journey which we can take together with sensitivity and respect.
