I started out nursing specializing first with adults substance abuse and progressing in to psychiatry.
I went continued developing and trained in holistic therapies working with clients who had physical problems and then it was a natural progression into counselling of helping people on a emotional level .
The first session is when we meet and I will explain what the counselling therapeutic relationship is and your reason for coming, and to ensure you are happy to go ahead and feel safe and secure.
