About me and my therapy practice
Hello, my name is Tamar Challis (this is pronounced tay-maar, for those who get anxious about unusual names). I am a qualified and BACP registered Person-Centred Counsellor.
I offer you a safe space to explore any concerns or issues you may be experiencing to find your way forward.
I am passionate and professional about the counselling I provide and adhere to BACP ethical guidelines within my practice.
The areas I specialise in include, but are not limited to; anxiety, depression, dissociative identity disorder, low self-esteem, trauma, pregnancy and infant loss and bereavement, self-development and relationships.
I provide an initial session in which your concerns/issues can be discussed and explored and where we can see if we have a rapport. You are under no obligation to continue after the initial session if you feel we are not a good match. Counselling is as much about the relationship as it is about the work we do together.
Sessions: £40 per 50 minute session
Please contact me for further details.
