About me and my therapy practice

I am a person centred counsellor, which means I do not judge or tell you what to do,

Instead I provide a safe and confidential space where you can talk about whatever is bothering you.  By talking out loud most people gain an outstanding of what they might need to change and how they might need to behave and think differently in order to improve their relationships and life.

I have extensive professional and personal experience of working with:

Veteran and ex military specific (Complex PTSD, Anger, Anxiety, Depression and transition and adjustment)

Spouses of Veteran's (Understanding Complex PTSD, Anger, Anxiety and Depression) and how that impacts you, your children and family unit and how you can learn to understand your Veteran's behaviour

Adolescents (Children and Young People 9-19 years old) Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, exam stress (I can help with coping mechanisms), relationships with parents, school and peers

I offer support to parents, to help you understand and communicate with your young person, to enhance your relationship and reduce your stress

I have experience of working with adults and young people who have a diagnosis or traits of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Asperger's, ADHD.

Adults (Grief, loss, relationships, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse and just life's ups and down)

I work from either Amesbury or Devizes
