I work Monday to Thursday from 11am to 8pm. I do not work weekends.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a bespoke therapist working the individual or relational, dynamic narratives you share. Together we can explore and begin to understand your thoughts and feelings as we journey through your experiences to discover where the interruption that until now has been manageable.

In a confidential space and adhering to the BACP ethics and codes, My role in our therapeutic relationship is to support and contain your thoughts and feelings, and share any insights and observations as we go through the process together.

Practice description

I have been working face to face and since Covid19 I have moved my practice online, either through Zoom, Skype or telephone.

My first session

I offer an initial 15 minute free telephone consultation, once we have agreed to arrange an assessment session we will agree on a time and date for an hour for a one off fee of £150.
