About me and my therapy practice

I offer long or short term therapy in a relaxed, informal setting. I work in-person and online. Initial sessions are just £25 (in case you want to try out a few therapists before committing to therapy) and there is no pressure to continue. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

My first session

First sessions are offered at a reduced rate to reflect the fact that many clients like to try out a few counsellors before choosing who to work with. They are a full-50 minute session and should give you a good idea of what it might be like to work with me.
