About me and my therapy practice

My Eating Therapy practice is dedicated solely to providing specialist help and support for those suffering with any kind of eating disorder or problem, or for those who are caring for someone with such an issue (aged 14 years and over). With previous personal experience, both as a sufferer and as a carer, I am a fully trained Integrative counsellor and a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders. I want to help you to understand your own unique eating puzzle and to let you know that it doesn't have to stay the way it is now.

My first session

I offer a free 30-minute Assessment session via Zoom, and then if you decide you would like us to work together, you can choose either remote or in-person sessions, depending on our mutual availability.
