About me and my therapy practice

As a Person Centred Counsellor, I will listen and encourage you to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings. I have a non - judgemental  approach.  I am empathic, easy to talk with a warm genuine nature. I offer a confidential space where you can explore  ways to move forward whilst gaining inner strength.


Practice description

I have five years experience as a Bereavement Counsellor working within the NHS. Prior to this i worked as a counsellor with MIND  working with people who had a wide range of Mental health issues. I have also worked with young people within the Education sector. Within my own practise I work with people who experience loss, anxiety, trauma and bereavement.

Initially I offer a short free consultation which includes an assessment. Subsequent sessions will last for 50 minutes.
