About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Therapist, that means that I draw on a variety of modalities to suit you. My core training is Person Centred, and to be seen and heard in an unconditional, compassionate, safe space can support you to begin to explore your way of being, your goals and focus on what's important for you.
I believe that we are all unique, and as such, we all have our own unique way of healing. My job is to support you to discover that.
I offer on-line sessions as well as face to face.
I can offer long term or short term work, reviewing as we go along.
My first session
Our first session usually covers exploring what you need, what you would like to work on and achieve through our collaboration.
Session times are 50 minutes on a weekly basis.
