About me and my therapy practice
I see people who are struggling with all kinds of anxieties and difficulties, or who are feeling that their lives are not currently going in the right direction. You may be having issues with self-esteem, identity, work problems, or be experiencing difficulties within your relationships. I provide an empathic, sensitive and confidential therapeutic space, and build a supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients as a foundation of my approach.
I am an established integrative counsellor and psychotherapist (registered with the BACP), having worked within a variety of different services across London (including the NHS and MIND). 'Integrative' means that I am trained in a range of different psychotherapeutic styles and modalities. Prior to training, I worked a youth worker and as a writer.
Give me a call or send me an email to arrange a consultation. Our first session will explore what has brought you to therapy and how we might work together. All sessions take place in comfortable and quiet setting, with disabled access.
