About me and my therapy practice
It can be difficult to find the right counsellor, so I’ve endeavoured to provide you with all the information you will need to assist you in deciding if I can help you. The right therapist is important for you to feel at ease and is therefore essential for your improvement.
As a graduate in Psychodynamic Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from a widely recognised institution for counselling training in Birkbeck, University of London, I believe I am uniquely placed to help overcome your problem(s).
As such, I may combine cognitive and behavioural techniques should you need a gentle push forward. My approach is mainly informed by psychodynamic counselling, but I am adaptive to the needs of each individual.
With experience in the NHS and a community counselling setting, I have helped people with an array of issues in both a short and long time frame.
I strive to provide a bespoke, confidential, service whereby my clients feel truly listened to and understood, empowered to overcome their problems while understanding themselves better.
I look forward to hearing from you should you wish to find out more or book a consultation. My fee for all sessions, which are 50 minutes in length, is £40. I work out of a clinic in West Wimbledon, London.
You can contact me through the BACP, on 07841 584 180 or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
