About me and my therapy practice
Working with a mostly person centred approach, allowing you time and space to talk through what is on your mind without judgment.
Giving yourself the time to do so can provide so many benefits, working through any concerns with someone objective can allow you to find solutions you may not have considered before.
Working primarily with people experiencing loss, low mood, anxiety and abuse.
Being primarily person centred, sessions are ultimately directed by you. Sessions are not limited but assessed regularly to see what is working best for you.
Sessions are either face to face or online via zoom lasting roughly 50 minutes. We aim for these sessions to be weekly.
My first session
Before our first session, I normally try to chat either by phone or email to discuss the nature of our sessions. This allows you time to see if I am a good fit for you and for us to begin to build that relationship before our first session.
