About me and my therapy practice
My name is Anna and I am a qualified talking therapy provider using Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based on Mindfulness Practice and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy Skills (DBT). DBT, just like ACT, invites clients to learn and practice advanced mindfulness skills together with other highly effective affect regulation skills.
I work with self-referred adult individuals (25+ years old) and couples (incl. LGBT) speaking English or Polish. I am available for consultations from Monday to Saturday at two locations; in West London and in Rochester in Kent.
Sessions are usually organized once a week in a form of face to face meetings.
Skype and telephone counselling is available for clients under specific circumstances.
I do not accept telephone calls where the telephone number is withheld.
I do not wish to be contacted by third party organisations like EAPs, Private Referral Centres or Advertising Agencies
