About me and my therapy practice
I have been successfully helping individuals for over 10 years and hold two relevant Masters degrees. I blend methods to match your unique personal needs.
Sessions can take place face to face, on the telephone or on video link and you can switch between these methods to fit around your life.
I also offer Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression. Both these approaches have strong research to support their effectiveness. My training includes CBT.
In addition to this I offer executive development in business and education.
