About me and my therapy practice
I'm a friendly, non-judgemental and warm therapist who believes in you and your ability to live as well as you can. Our work together would be fully focused on helping you to get to a better place in your life.
I originally trained as a person-centred therapist although would now identify as an integrative therapist, which means that I will explore the most appropriate therapeutic way to support you in your therapy.
I believe firmly that you are the expert on yourself - ultimately, you will know what works for you. My role would be to accompany you as you work through whatever you want to address.
My first session
The most important component of successful therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist. I would propose that we met for an initial 30 minute session to explore if we could work together and if I can be of support to you.
