About me and my therapy practice

I am able to offer a low cost, low-stress service, which is both friendly and accessible. As a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, I am also an associate of the British Psychological Society with many years of experience in the NHS and in private practice. So I can draw on a very wide range of training and skills to help, and integrate them in a way that is helpful to support your process.

My training as a psychotherapist enables me to offer long term and short term work. I can offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Humanistic therapy.

Practice description

I see all sorts of people with mild or complex needs. I like to tailor my approach to individual needs and according to the evidence base. I cover all the major issues and offer concessions to students and unwaged folks.  As a psychologist, I can also offer help with some of the more severe and enduring mental health problems.

I also supervise trainees and groups.
