I am a Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with NHS and Harley Street Experience - working with adults, children and young people who may be experiencing depression, anxiety disorders - health anxiety (hypochondria), social anxiety, generalised anxiety, separation anxiety, OCD, PTSD and panic disorder, trichotillomania (hair pulling), excoriation (skin picking), eating disorders and body dysmorphia, loss and bereavement and relationship problems.

You may need to talk to someone to help understand your thought patterns and change them. It is okay to not have the answers, counselling, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an opportunity to look at yourself with honesty and start making changes.

Counselling and CBT can help with a spectrum of difficulties from day-to-day worries, self-esteem and confidence a relationship breakdown, or psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.

Perhaps you're facing difficulties in work, education, relationships, self-esteem, or you're not entirely sure what is bothering you and you are feeling 'stuck'.

My first session

Your first session will last 50- 60 minutes long and will be an initial assessment to discuss the difficulties you would like to overcome together and then I can create a tailored plan based on your personal goals for therapy.
