About me and my therapy practice

My specialisms for individuals are anxiety, depression, mid-life transition, chronic illness, IBS and for couples I specialise in helping couples after infidelity or betrayal. I offer individual sessions on line via zoom video conference, by email and IM. Couple sessions are only offered via video conference. Please note that Couple sessions are £90 per session.
