About me and my therapy practice

My background is in business, television & media. I have over 20 years' experience in private practice, for a Bereavement charity and for over 10 years in NHS primary care.

I also offer counselling for pet bereavement.

My orientation is Person Centered/Humanistic and I see clients face to face on a long term or short term basis. My clients and I work together to find solutions to their problem which work best for them. I would welcome your enquiry for further information.

Practice description

I currently offer sessions face to face as well as on FaceTime, Zoom or on the phone - whichever suits you best, allowing for geographical flexibility as well as personal preference.

My first session

Our first session is for us to start the process of working together - to get some familiarity and understanding of what our relationship will be like and to begin to develop the trust needed for you to feel safe with me.

This session will allow you to begin to talk about what has been troubling you in a secure, caring and confidential environment.
