About me and my therapy practice
There are times in our life when we need a little help. Maybe a space to sit for a little while. To talk to someone and tell our story. To be heard. To be witnessed perhaps? Where you can say things you might not say to your friends and family. Maybe things you have never said to anyone at all. A confidential space where you are not judged. I see clients in a quiet and comfortable room, a ten minute walk from Willesden Green station on the Jubilee Line. I am also a practice counsellor within the NHS at a doctor's surgery. Human beings are a labyrinth of emotions, experiences, personality traits, genetic DNA and neural pathways; pathways which are open to change and rewiring, even if it feels sometimes like we don't have the power to change anything at all. I offer psychotherapy and counselling. My background is Transactional Analysis which I integrate with integrative existential principles. It is my belief that walking a difficult path with someone by your side can make an arduous journey a little more bearable.
I offer one to one therapy and couples therapy.
