About me and my therapy practice
Hi. I'm Vikki, an experienced qualified counsellor who has a passion for helping people improve their well-being.
I offer a warm, safe, caring and non judgmental space where together we can explore what’s going on for you. It can be quite a strange experience opening up to a counsellor, however, counselling is proven to really help. And I care. If something is on your mind, I am here to listen.
My counselling style is integrative and psychodynamic (with some mindfulness). It’s a talking therapy, focused on you. I work by tailoring the counselling style around your needs.
Whether you are in crisis, or just feeling overwhelmed, together let’s help you unravel your internal thoughts and anxieties in order for you to get a better sense of self to tackle life.

My first session
Our first session lasts 50 minutes. Here we can discuss why you wish to have counselling and what you wish to achieve.
